Be the Future

You can make an impact on the next generation.

This past year has been especially challenging for LGBTQ youth. But, thanks to you, LGBTQ youth find community through the ONE Archives Foundation’s programs.

With your support, ONE Archives Foundation will continue to mentor LGBTQ youth through our Youth Ambassadors for Queer History Program, where high-school age youth learn about LGBTQ pioneers, as well as participate in events such as conversations with LGBTQ authors and community leaders.

Your donation will help support K-12 education with the ONE Archives Foundation’s professional development opportunities for educators. Due to COVID-19, K-12 instruction has pivoted to distance learning. To support our community of educators, we have a launched various series of webinars to provide lesson plans on accurate LGBTQ history, as well as information on how to teach LGBTQ history while creating safe and inclusive online classrooms.

Your gift will help us invest in the ONE Archives Foundation’s paid internship program, which provides undergraduate students the opportunity to do hands-on research to support our education and exhibition programs. Interns have curated exhibitions on the history of HIV/AIDS and LGBTQ civil rights, as well as created curricular and programming for our Youth Ambassadors.

Through your support of these mentorship and training programs, the next generation is empowered to become educators for our history in their schools and future leaders of our communities.

We are grateful for your generosity.

 As ONE,

Jennifer C. Gregg
Executive Director
